Send a support request

Complete the fields below. We will reply to your email address.

What to include

Share the exact page and steps that show the issue.
Tell us whether it happens on desktop, mobile or both.
Mention any recent app installations or code changes.
Include your Lumenfold version if you know it.

Please do not send passwords, payment details or customer records. If store access is needed, we’ll arrange an appropriate access request.

What support covers

Setup guidance, built-in section settings and unexpected behaviour in Lumenfold’s original features.

Shopify billing, payments, domains and account access are handled by Shopify. Issues in a third-party app may need its developer’s help.

Custom development

For a new section, a different layout or bespoke functionality, choose “Custom design or development” in the form and describe the result you want. We’ll discuss scope and a separate quote before work begins.
