Products and locations
Organise items by the identifiers and storage locations your team uses. Include units, variants, serial numbers or batches where the operation requires them.
Receipts, reservations and dispatch
Separate stock physically on hand from stock already committed to a job or order. Connect receiving, transfers and dispatch so availability follows the actual movement.
Counts and purchasing decisions
Plan stock counts, explain adjustments and identify replenishment needs. Agree who can approve corrections and what purchasing or supplier information needs to be connected.
A practical workflow
An order reserves stock before it leaves.
The important distinction is between something being in the building and being available to promise to another customer. Your system should make both states clear.
Record the incoming items and their storage location, keeping the receipt linked to its source.
Set aside the required quantity. The item stays on hand while the available quantity changes.
Dispatch the approved items, or release the reservation if the order changes. Keep the movement history intact.
Review your brief, then open WhatsApp or email to send it. Nothing is sent automatically.

Private deployment and access control
We deliver software at a dedicated web address, with a private installation and deliberately separated customer data. Your team gets a working online system with access controls designed into the project.
A separate environment
Customer installations use separate databases, file storage and credentials. Business records are kept apart from other customers and public demos.
Access you control
Define who can view, edit and administer each area. Permissions are enforced on the server, with owner account protection and two-step verification scoped to sensitive access.
Protected connections and files
HTTPS protects connections. Private documents require authorised access, with login protection and account revocation included in the delivery design.
Clear ownership and handover
Your business retains ownership of its information. We define administrator access, exports, backups and any authorised support access before delivery.
Operational records are stored in your project’s private environment so the software can work. Hosting ownership, retention and support access are agreed in writing. You create your own password and keep your recovery codes; we do not ask you to share them.

Can you connect our online store or barcode scanners?
We can assess your store's API, scanner type and product identifiers. The quote specifies the supported devices, data direction and how updates or failures are handled.
Is this an off-the-shelf inventory product?
This is our custom inventory development service. We design and build the required workflow for your business; the scope and delivery are agreed in your proposal.
Can you build something that is not in your existing systems?
Yes. Our existing systems show some of the workflows we work with; they do not limit our custom development service. Describe the process you need, and we will define the features, integrations and delivery stages for your project.
