Client Workspace CRM for client and job management

Client Workspace connects clients, quotations, projects, invoices, recorded payments, costs and team workload in a private installation. Use the public demo to check how your team would follow an accepted quotation through delivery and payment.

Follow one job in the demo

The fictional Atelier & Co. example has an accepted €48,000 quotation, QT-0003, linked to Brand & digital experience. A €24,000 stage invoice, INV-0004, records €8,000 received and €16,000 outstanding. That invoice balance is different from the unbilled value of the overall project. Explore the quotations, projects and invoice views to see the connections.

Confirm the standard package

The standard package includes the core modules, brand setup, a separate database and private file storage, a dedicated business address and 10 GB of storage. The product page provides current pricing and complete terms. Custom features, integrations, migration and changes beyond branding are quoted separately.

Agree the app and accounting requirements

Android and iOS app preparation is scoped before ordering, including format, features, distribution and any external charges. Recorded payments do not imply card processing or bank synchronisation. We do not present Client Workspace as certified accounting or invoicing software; confirm your business requirements before ordering.

Describe your workflow

Tell us your business activity, team size, current tools and the point where a job becomes difficult to track. We can confirm whether the standard package fits and identify work that needs a separate quote.

Private installation and data ownership

Business records are stored in the project’s private environment, separated from public demos. Access roles, exports, backups and authorised support access are agreed before delivery. Your business retains ownership of its data. Use fictional examples for the first enquiry and do not send passwords or private customer records.
