Control and privacy
Your business gets its own workspace.
Each customer receives a separate installation, database and file storage. The public demo contains fictional records and has no connection to a customer's live workspace.
You decide who can do what.
Server-enforced permissions, account blocking and access revocation. Two-step verification protects owner and financial-access accounts.
Files are kept private.
Attachments use private storage with encryption at rest and permission-checked downloads. Supported files: PDF, PNG and JPG, up to 10 MB each.
Protection against automated abuse.
HTTPS, request limits and login protections help reduce repeated attempts and automated requests. Security remains part of ongoing system care.

What does “from €5,000” actually include?
The full standard package listed on this page, including your private installation, branding, Android and iOS apps, hosting, 10 GB storage, account setup and support. Extra work and any applicable taxes are shown separately in your written quote.
Is there a recurring hosting fee?
Hosting on your iXlaser Studio subdomain is included while we operate the service, with no scheduled expiry or recurring hosting fee. If we discontinue hosting, we provide at least 90 days’ notice and an export of your business records and attachments. Your own domain is an optional paid addition.
How are the Android and iOS apps delivered?
App preparation is included in the package. We agree the app format, distribution method and setup with you before the order is finalised. Any third-party store account or distribution charges are identified in that quote. The browser demo is available now.
What happens if we need more than 10 GB?
Contact us to discuss additional storage and fees. We agree the capacity and price before charging for it. The standard attachment limit is 10 MB per PDF, PNG or JPG file.
How does setup work?
We confirm your workflow and scope, collect the required company details and optional branding, prepare the installation, check the agreed workflows and complete handover. Standard web-workspace preparation is 7–10 business days after payment and receipt of setup details. The app delivery schedule and any custom work are agreed separately in the quote.
Can you adapt it to our business?
Yes. Start with the existing system and request the changes your team needs. We scope and price custom features, workflows, integrations, design changes and data migration before development. The standard system records payments and saved team time; banking integrations and automatic time tracking require a separate scope.
Do we receive the source code?
The standard package provides access to your own working system for personal or business use. Source code, resale and redistribution rights are available only through a separate agreement.
Will the demo show anyone's real information?
No customer records or real account details are included. You explore fictional business workflows from an owner's perspective. Demo changes stay in that browser session, and no email is sent or real payment initiated.
